Italian Chicken

Ingredients

1/2 lb Chicken breast

1/4 c Fat free Italian dressing

4 oz Uncooked fettuccini

1 c Ragu Tomato basil spaghetti sauce (any lo fat will do)

2c Baby spinach leaves

2 tbsp Reduced fat parmesan cheese

Preparation

marinate chicken in Italian dressing for 30 minutes ( I like to marinate overnight)

preheat grill to high (George foreman or others)

cook fettuccini according to directions

grill chicken approx 12 minutes- flipping between.

warm pasta sauce.

layer spinach and fettuccini on plates, lay chicken breast on top. drizzle with spaghetti sauce. Sprinkle parmesan cheese.
