sesame Beef stir fry

Ingredients

1/2 c Uncooked brown rice

1/2 lb Lean ground beef

1 tbsp Toasted sesame oil

2 cloves Minced garlic

3 Green onions, sliced

1 c Broccoli slaw (bagged)

1 c Napa cabbage( shredded)

1 tbsp Lie soy sauce

Crushed red pepper flakes to taste

**Chili garlic sauce- asian food aisle- approx 1 Tbsp-not in original recipe-

Preparation

prepare brown rice as directed.

While rice is cooking in a medium skillet brown the ground beef over medium.( i added chili garlic sauce during this time) remove from heat, and drain. Set aside.

Heat sesame oil in same skillet over med- hi heat. Add garlic and onions; stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add the broccoli slaw and cabbage; stir-fry for 2 minnutes. Add rice and soy sauce; stir-fry 2 mminnutes

Add cooked ground beef to skillet withthe rice and vegetable mixture and season with red pepper flakes to taste, stir until well combined and heated through (2min)
