Spinach Walnut Salad

Ingredients

1/4 cup Chopped walnut halves or pieces

2 cups Cooked kidney beans, drained and rinsed

6 cups Spinach leaves, ready-to-serve

1 tbsp Olive oil

1 tbsp Flavored vinegar

1 tbsp Lemon juice

1/8 cup Sliced red onion

2 tbsp Crumbled feta cheese

1/4 tsp Fresh ground black pepper

Preparation

Combine all ingredients together in a large-sized mixing bowl. Serve immediately or chill up to 2 hours until ready to serve.
