Ingredients

Sliced deli ham

Large shepherd bread loaf (round)

Fresh basil

Dried basil

Sundried tomatoes

Sweet peppers bottled in oil mozzarella cheese (fresh if possible)

Olive oil

Green spanish olives

Preparation

Put some dried basil in olive oil and mix. Cut the bread loaf in half. Scoop out some bread to make a bed for the ingredients. Brush on the basil and oil. Place ham on bottom, then layer on tomatoes, peppers, fresh basil leaves, green olives, and top with sliced mozzarella cheese. Place the top on the bread and wrap in tin foil. Put in oven at 425 degrees for 30-40 minutes until warmed through and cheese is melted. Unwrap from tin foil and cut into fourths or smaller.
