Broccoli Dip in French Bread

Ingredients

10 oz Pkg frozen chopped broccoli thawed and squeezed

1 cup Sour cream

1 cup Mayo

2 tbsp. Chopped green onions

2 tbsp. Chopped fresh parsley

2 oz Jar diced pimientos drained

1/2 tsp Dill weed

1/4 tsp Salt

1/8 tsp Garlic powder

1 Loaf french bread.

Preparation

1. Thaw and squeeze broccoli, chop finer.

2. Mix sour cream and mayo and stir in broccoli and remining ingredients.

3. Refrigerate 2 hours to blend flavors.

4. Preheat oven to 350, slice top off and hollow out inside. Bake 10 minutes or until lightly toasted. Serve with removed bread chunks toasted.
