Ingredients
1 Slice angel food cake
2 cups Mangoes
2 tbsp Fresh lime juice
1 tbsp Each Honey & Brown sugar
2 tsp Orange liqueur (cointreau)
1 Mint leaf
Preparation
Puree 1 cup fruit in blender with lime juice, honey, and liqueur til smooth.
Dice up remaining fruit.
Pour 1 tbsp sauce over cake slice and top with diced fruit and mint leaf.
