Peanut Butter Bars

Peanut butter base topped with a layer of chocolate. About 24 squares. No cooking required, but plan ahead-- need time to set up in fridge before serving. Definately not a diet food, but is a nice treat in small amounts.

Ingredients

PEANUT BUTTER BASE

2 cups Crushed graham crackers

2 cups Powdered sugar

1 cup Margarine, softened

1 cup Peanut butter

CHOCOLATE TOPPING

1 tbsp Peanut butter

1 (12 oz) pacjage chocolate chips

Preparation

1) Combine ingredients for base. Spread in 9X13" pan.

2) Place chocolate chips and peanut butter for topping. Cook in microwave 1 minute at a time until chips are melted; stir after each minute. Spread over base.

3) Refrigerate until bars are firm. Cut into desired number of bars.
