Ingredients

Romaine Lettuce

1/2 Dijon Mustard

1 t Apple Cider Vinegar (or other)

2.5 t Olive Oil

1 clove Garlic (optional)

Fresh Herbs (optional)

Preparation

Wash, dry spin and tear lettuce.

Mix dressing ingredients together and toss in lettuce.
