It's Anne's macaroni for picky eaters.
1 pound Large elbow macaroni
Shredded monterey jack cheese
Shredded cheddar cheese
1 can Evaporated milk
1 can Cream
Salt
Pepper
Cook macaroni according to directions. Drain and rinse well.
Place a layer of macaroni, salt, pepper, cheeses, repeat until all ingredients are gone. Mix cream with evaporated milk and pour over macaroni. Bake 350 for 30-45 minutes.
