Chickpeas in gravy
Chickpeas
2 tbsp Oil
Salt
Mango powder
Chilli powder
Coriander
Shaan choley masala
Tomatoes
Onions
Garlic
Ginger
Hing
Turmeric
Jeera
Dhania
Fry onions, garlic and dhania in oil (hing instead of onions). Saute chickpeas. Add masalas and tomatoes. Add water and cook to desire consistency. Sprinkle chopped coriander.
