One Container Light Yogurt
1/2 cup 2% milk
2 tbsp Wheat Germ
1/3 cup Nonfat Dry Milk (powder)
1 cup Frozen mixed berries
2 tbsp Flax Seed Oil
Throw it all in a blender and blend smooth
Add straw :)
