Ingredients

4- 6 ounce PIECES OF SKINLESS SALMON FILLET

4 MED TOMATOES

1/2 tsp PAPRIKA

2 tbsp OLIVE OIL

4 cloves GARLIC

Preparation

HEAT BROILER. PLACE SALMON AND TOMATOES, CUT SIDE UP IN ROASTING PAN SPRINKLE WITH PAPRIKA.

DRIZZLE SALMON AND TOMATOES WITH OIL AND SEASON WITH SALT/PEPPER. SCATTER GARLIC ON TOP.

BROIL UNTIL SALMON IS OPAQUE THROUGHTOUT AND THE TOMATOES ARE TENDER APPROX 8 - 10 MIN.
