1/2 c. Part Skim Ricotta Cheese

1/4 tsp. Almond Extract

1 tsp. Sugar substitute

1 tsp. Almonds (sliced or slivered)

Preparation

Combine cheese, extract and sugar substitute in a bowl.

Place in a serving dish and top with almonds.
