3/4 cup Diced precooked chicken
2 tbsp Diced onion
2 tbsp Feta-cheese crumbles
1 Handful romaine lettuce, chopped
1 Large whole-wheat tortilla
Salsa for dipping
Arrange the chicken, onion, cheese, and lettuce down the center of the tortilla.
Roll it tightly, then cut it in half.
Grill the rolls seam-side down for 2 to 3 minutes per side, on a nonstick skillet heated to medium. Serve with salsa.
