One-minute nutritious refreshing drink for a hot sizzling day. Rich in vitamin A, vitamin C and calcium. Loaded with antioxidants. Easy and handy!
150 ml Orange juice
75 ml Carrot juice
1 tablespoon Honey
1 Scoop ice cream (any flavor will do - vanilla or chocolate would be best)
- Mix orange juice and carrot juice, sweeten it with honey.
- Pour the mixture into a tall glass.
- Top it carefully with a scoop of ice cream. Done!! :)
(Best served chilled).
