3 Rome apples
1 Large can yams(save half liquid
1 can Pineapple slices, unsweetened
Cinnamon
peel,core.slice apples into a 9x13 pan
sprinkle w/cinnamon
Drain yams, save 1/2 liquid
pour yams over apples
drain pineapple. arrange slices on top
Pour yam juice over cassarole
cover w/aluminum foil
bake 1 hour
