Preheat oven to 400.
Roll out pizza dough
Mix oil and garlic together. Brush generously on pizza dough, saving some to brush on the top after baking.
Lay the tomato sliced on oiled dough.
Squeeze the zucchini in a cheese cloth or clean kitchen towel to remove excess liquid. Spread zucchini over tomatoes. Spread sliced onions over this, then spread mozerella evenly over vegetables. Dot the goat cheese over the mozerella.
Bake at 400 for 15-20 minutes or until the crust in brown.
Remove from oven. Brush lightly with remaining garlic oil, especially the rim. Sprinkle with basil, salt and pepper.
