16-oz. Can chicke-peas, drained
2-oz. Jar chopped pimientos
1/2 cup Chopped celery
2 tbs. Chopped onion
Italian dressing
Spinach leaves
Mix drained 16-oz. can chicke-peas, 2-oz. jar chopped pimientos, 1/2
cup chopped celery and 2 Tbs. chopped onion. Moisten with bottled
Italian dressing.
Serve on fresh spinach leaves.
