1 can Low sodium Tomato juice
2 Large tomatoes,cut
2 cans Red kidney beans, rinsed off
1 can Mushroom, rinsed off
1 Pk. chili spice
2 Pk. Lean ground beef
1) cook hambager in frying pan
2) place al other ingredaints in crock pot or large pot cook on med heat
longer the chilli is cooked the better it taste
