Ingredients

1 Large Granny Smith apple
2 Carrots
1 Medium beet
1 Lime (juice only)
2 tbsp Cold pressed olive oil
Pinch sea salt
Freshly ground black pepper
1/2 tsp Honey
1 Red butter lettuce
1 Butter lettuce

Preparation

Grate the apple, carrots & beet.

Place the lime juice, oil, salt, pepper and honey into a screwtop jar and shake. Arrange washed and dried lettuce leaves on plates. Place some of the grated mixture into the center of each leaf. Spoon the dressing over the top
