Oven at 350 degrees.
Combine all cake ingrediants.
pour into a buttered 8 inch pan and bake for 30 minutes or so.
Cool and cut into 1 inch squares.
Filling:Combine pudding, milk, almond extract. Beat then add cream. Beat again about two minutes until soft peaks form.
Whipped cream:
put a medium sized bowl with the beaters in the fridge to chill.
Put in all 3 ingredients and beat untill hard peaks form
Put one half of the cake cubes into a 2 quart glass bowl. Spoon 1/2 of pie filling and 1/2 of pudding mix and 1/3 of whipped cream. Repeat. Spoon grated chocolate over trifle.
Refrigarate for 2 hours or untill firm.
