Ingredients

7 ounces 7UP

1/4 package Miniature marshmallows

3- ounce Box lime Jello-O

2 3oz Packages cream cheese, room temperature

20-ounce Can crushed pineapple, undrained

3/4 cup Chopped walnuts

1 cup Heavy whipping cream (1/2 pint carton)

2/3 cup Mayonnaise or salad dressing

Preparation

Combine 7-up and marshmallows in saucepan and cook over medium heat until marshmallows are melted. Remove from heat and add gelatin, stirring well until dissolved.

Add 7-up mixture to the softened cream cheese and beat until smooth. Stir in the pineapple and walnuts. Chill until partially set. Fold in whipping cream ( do not whip the cream) and mayonnaise or salad dressing. Pour into a 9-by-13 inch pan that has been sprayed with oil. Place in refrigerator until set.

Cook's Notes

For a lowfat dessert, try replacing the mayonnaise with lime yogurt and use fat free cream cheese.
