creamy but not too sweet
1/2 cup Butter
1-2 Coves of garlic
1 cup Or so of heavy cream
3/4 cup Parmisoun cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
I a small saucepan on med-low heat, melt butter, add garlic. Cook for less then a minute.
Add cream and turn heat down to low. Add cheese and cook until melted. sprinkle with some salt and pepper.
