Smoked Oyster Bruschetta

Contributed By: anitacooks
My dad

My dad use to make this back in the 70's and it has always been well received. Very quick, easy and tasty. Great with a beer on game day.

Ingredients

1 can Smoked oysters

1 French bread baguette, sliced

2 - 3 tablespoons Butter, melted

Preparation

Slice the baguette. Toast the slices in the oven on broil. While bread is toasting, melt the butter. Flip the bread slices over and top each slice with one smoked oyster. Brush melted butter over the oyster and bread. Place the bruschetta back into the oven and broil until the bread has toasted. Serve warm
