Simple but fancy enough for company!
4 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
4 slices Swiss cheese
1 can Cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. White wine
2 c. Stuffing mix
Melted butter
Spread chicken breasts in bottom of baking dish. Place one slice cheese on each breast. Mix soup and wine, pour evenly over chicken. Spread stuffing evenly over top, drizzle butter over all. Bake uncovered at 350 for 50-55 minutes.
