Ingredients

Follow directions for Pot Roast above

1 bag Egg noodles

Leftover stock from pressure cooker

Cooked Chuck Roast

Preparation

Begin to boil the leftover stock from the pressure cooker. If you need to you can add another small can of beef stock or water. Add in noodles once it is boiling and then begin to shred the beef. Once the beef is shredded throw it into the pot as well. Remain cooking on medium until liquid cooks off.
