Ingredients: Rice, Pasta & Bread

Ingredients
1-1/2 c Flour
1 Egg beaten
1 c Sugar
2 Ripe bananas, mashed
Pinch of salt
3/4 t Baking soda
1/4 c Milk
Small amt. vinegar or lemon juice (to sour milk)
1/4 c Oil
Preparation
Mix 1-1/2 C flour, 1 egg beaten, 1 C sugar, 2 ripe bananas, mashed, and pinch of salt.
Mix 3/4 t baking soda in 1/4 C milk with a small amount of vinegar or lemon juice to sour, and 1/4 C oil
Mix everything together
Bake at 325 degrees for 1-1/4 hours.
Use a toothpick to make sure it is done.

I'm going to double check on one thing with the recipe, as the recipe card I have is a bit confusing...it says "Mix 1-12 C flour, 1 egg beaten, 1 C surgar, 2 ripe bananas, mashed, a pinch of salt, and 1 EGG BEATEN (again). I'm not sure if this is a mistake in the recipe, or if there really are 2 eggs beaten, just put in at different times. I'll call her tonight to make sure.
