Lightly grease pie pan or quiche dish. Beat milk, biscuit mix, eggs, salt, and pepper until smooth. Pour into pan. Sprinkly veggies/meat and cheese on top. Bake at 400 for 30 minutes until golden brown and knife comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Or wrap pie pan, lable and freeze. Quiche can be served cold after thawing or heat thawed quiche at 350 for 20 minutes. (Cook ahead tip. Line quiche pan with tin foil before baking. Let cool. Wrap pie pan, label and freeze. When frozen, remove quiche from dish, leaving wrapped in tin foil, place back in freezer. Resue pan for later).
