1 Cooked chicken breast shredded and chopped
1 t. Olive oil
1 Celery rib chopped
1 Scallions minced
1/3 c. Mayonaise
1 t Lemon juice
1 t. Parsley leaves - minced
Salt and pepper
Mix together and serve on bread.
