This is a quick, fun treat that will definitely take the rush out of preparing breakfast on Christmas morning. Chopped, baked ham, or cooked, crumbled sausage can be substituted for the bacon, if desired. Vegetarian meats can also be used.

Ingredients
1 8 oz. Pkg. shredded Italian cheese blend, divided
1 16 oz. Italian pizza crust or bread shell with edge
8 slices Bacon, cooked and crumbled or imitation version
4 Plum tomatoes, sliced
1/2 teaspoon Freshly ground pepper
2 Large eggs
1/2 cup Milk
1/4 cup Chopped fresh basil
Non-stick cooking spray
Preparation
Spray a pizza pan with Non-stick spray.
Sprinkle half of cheese over Italian bread shell; top with bacon, tomatoes, basil, and pepper.
Whisk together eggs and milk; pour all over the pizza. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Place pizza on pan and bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes or until set.
Cook's Notes
This recipe works equally well using 2% reduced-fat cheese, turkey bacon, fake bacon or imitation bacon bits, egg substitute, and fat-free milk.
