This is an easy and quick dessert to serve "spur-of-the-moment"
1 can (14 oz) Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
8 Graham Crackers (crushed)
1 1/2 cup Shredded coconut
1/2 cup Chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Crush the Graham crackers and mix all ingredients together.
Pat down into greased 8" square pan.
Bake for 25-30 minutes.
Makes about 16 squares (depending on how big you cut them).
A friend suggested adding butterscotch chips or nuts. I don't like either, but these could easily be added for your family's tastes.
