Wheat Bread

Ingredients

3 c Warm water

1/2 c Sugar or honey

2 tsp Salt

1/2 c Oil

6-8 cups Wheat flour

2 tbsp Yeast

1/4 c Wheat gluten (which I actually never add)

Preparation

Combine water, sweetener, salt, and oil and mix for 30 seconds. Then add 3

cups flour while mixer is still going, continue mixing then add yeast.

Gradually add remainder of the flour until the dough clings to the hook and

stops sticking to the sides of the bowl.

When dough pulls away from the bowl, stop adding flour. Then knead (my mixer

kneads it so I'm not sure how long you'll have to knead it for it by hand).

Oil counter then place dough on counter and form dough into 3 loaves. Place

loaves into greased pans.

Allow dough to rise in a warm oven (warm to 150 degrees then turn oven off)

Dough should double in size (takes about 30 mins).

Take loaves out and preheat oven to 350 degrees, Cook bread for 20 mins.
