THIS BREAD IS FOR A BREAD MACHINE! and I would say that if you really like blueberry flavor then to add more blueberries. Other than that I would say it's really easy to just throw all the ingredients in the bread machine and then go. It tastes wonderful.

Ingredients

1 1/4 c. Water

1 1/2 tbl Oil

3 tbl Brown sugar

3/4 tsp. Salt

6 tbl Buttermilk

1/2 tsp. Ground cinnamon

2 2/3 c. Bread flour (white flour works)

3/4 c. Whole wheat flour

1 1/2 tsp. Yeast

add at Beep

1/2 c. Dried blueberries

Preparation

Put all ingredients in bread machine except for the blueberries. Select the "Basic" or "White" cycle and press start. After a few minutes of the kneading cycle, bread machine should beep, when it does add blueberries. Come back in a few hours and enjoy your bread!

Cook's Notes

If your bread machine does not beep to add blueberries then time the kneading cycle on your bread machine and when it has about two minutes left add blueberries.
