Beef stroganoff

Ingredients

1 lb Steak, sliced ¼ inch thick

1 tsp. Salt,1/4 tsp. pepper, 1/2 tsp. garlic powder

3t Butter

1 can Mushrooms (optional)

1 can Cream of mushroom soup

1 cup Sour cream ( can use nonfat)

Egg noodles, cooked

Preparation

1) Cut meat across the grain in ¼ inch strips

2) In a deep skillet, brown streak in butter seasoned with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, until pink in middle.

3) Add cream of mushroom soup and a can of mushrooms if desired.

4) Stir in sour cream and warm.

5) Serve over hot egg noodles.

Cook's Notes

In a pinch-hint: You can use leftover steak, sliced thin, toss in with other ingredients, warm and serve!.
