Pot Sticker Salad with Snap Peas

Ingredients

1 lb. Bag frozen pot stickers

3/4 lb Sugar snap peas

2 Med. carrots

1/2 c. Low sodium soy sauce

1 tbs. Sesame oil

1/4 lb. Bean sprouts

1/4 c. Roasted peanuts

2 Green onions

Preparation

Part 1:

Fill lrg. saucepan with 1 in. of water; fiit with steamer basket; bring water to boil.

Place pot stickers in basket; cover & steam for 4 min.

Part 2:

Add snap peas and carrots; cover and steam until pot stickers are cooked through, and the vegetables are tender. 4-6 min.

Part 3:

In a small bowl combine soy sauce and sesame oil. Divide bean sprouts btwn bowls and top with pot stickers and vegetables. Sprinkle with peanuts and onions. Serve with sauce.
