Tortillas filled with chopped green and red peppers, cucumbers, and cilantro; a few spoonfuls of roasted garlic hummus; and crumbled feta cheese.
Tortillas of any variety
1 Each Green and Red Bell peppers, chopped
1 Cucumber, chopped
1 bunch Ciilantro, chopped
1 Container of roasted garlic hummus
1 Container of crumbled feta cheese
Fill tortillas with chopped green and red peppers, cucumbers, and cilantro; a few spoonfuls of roasted garlic hummus; and crumbled feta cheese.
Serve and enjoy!
