2 tsp Extra-virgin olive oil
1 3/4 cup Whole wheat pasta
4 cups Broccoli
2 tbs Flaxseed oil
4 tsp Parmesan cheese
1. bring water and evoo to boil, add pasta cook 5 mins
2. add broccoli. cook for 5-7 minutes
3. add flaxseed oil and toss
