Captain Crunch Chicken and Creole Mustard Sauce

Ingredients

Captain Crunch Chicken

2 cup Captain Crunch cereal

1 1/2 cup Corn Flakes cereal

1 Egg

1 cup Milk

1 cup All purpose flour

1 tsp Onion powder

1 tsp Garlic powder

1/2 tsp Black pepper

2 lbs Chicken breasts cut into 1 oz. tenders



Creole Mustard Sauce

*Combine all ingredients, mix well

1 cup Mayonaise

1/4 cup Dijon mustard

1 tsp Yellow mustard

1 tsp Horseradish

1/2 tsp Cider vinegar

1 Dash worcestershire sauce

1 tsp Red wine vinegar

1 tsp Water

1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper

1/2 tsp Salt

1 tsp Green onion, cliced in pieces

1 tsp Crushed garlic

1 tsp Finely chopped green pepper

1 tsp Finely chopped celery

1 tsp Finely chopped onion

Preparation

1) Grind the cereals in one bowl, set aside.

2) Beat egg and milk, set aside.

3) Stir together flour, onion and garlic powders, and black pepper, set aside.

4) Dip chicken into seasoned flour coating well. Shake off excess flour.

5) Dip chicken in egg wash, dip into cereal misture coating well.

6) Heat oil in large heavy skillet to about 325 degrees.

7) Drop chicken into oil and cook until golden brown (about 3-5 min). Drain and serve.
