1 Onion
2 cloves Garlic
2 Egg whites
1 can Chickpeas
1 Packet mushrooms
Curry powder, garlic powder, cumin seeds, celery salt, sea salt, pepper
Rice
1 Avacado
1. finely chop everything and sautee in pan, except egg whites, and add spices
2. after thoroughly cooked, let cool in a bowl. then mush and mix in egg whites. form 4 patties. bake for 7 minutes at 350 F
serve over a bead of rice with avacado spread on top
