PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Grease and flour 13x9-inch baking pan.
BEAT cake mix, eggs, milk and cinammon in large mixer bowl until just moistened. Beat for two minutes at medium speed.
FOLD apples into batter. Pour half of batter into prepared pan. Sprinkle with half of Streusel Topping (see below); top with remaining batter. Sprinkle with remaining Streusel Topping.
BAKE for 40 to 45 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
FOR STREUSEL TOPPING-COMBINE quick or old-fashioned oats, chopped pecans or walnuts, dark brown sugar, melted butter, and ground cinnamon in medium bowl; mix well.
