Chocolate fudge Icing

For the Birthday Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

2 sticks Butter, unsalted

2 cups Sugar, blended to make smooth or confectionary sugar

1/2 cup Cocoa

1 tsp Vanilla

1/3 cup Milk

Preparation

Melt over double boiler the butter and add milk and vanilla

Sift together sugar and cocoa and add to stirring constantly to make a smooth

Let cool slightly and pour over cake while still warm to make a smooth finish
