mix together in a coffee grinder or the like about 1/4 cut of pealed almonds
add to bowl with corn meal, salt and pepper. mix together to make breading.
rinse and dry fillets, and coat each fillet with a thin layer of olive oil
bread the fillets with the mixture and put into a pan
slice thin layers of lemon and place on top of fish while cooking, or place dill on fish to cook and reserve lemon for later.
cook at 375 or so for 10 minutes until crisp.
