Great side dish!
32 oz. Bag frozen Southern style hash brown potatoes
1/2 c. Finely chopped onion
1 can Cream of chicken soup
16 oz. Sour cream
1/2 c. Margarine, melted
8 oz. Shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. Crushed potato chips
Combine potatoes, onion, soup, sour crea, margarine, and 2/3 of cheese. Spread in a greased 9 x 13 pan. combine remaining cheese and potato chips; spread ofver mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
