Nutritious cole slaw good enough for dessert or breakfast!
2 -3 cups Tri color cole slaw
1 cup Fresh blueberries
1/2 cup Slivered almonds
1-2 teaspoons Raspberry vinegar
1 teaspoon Sugar
1 Carton pina colada yogurt
Combine everything, stir, done!
Variations with pineapple or strawberries are also very good, but blueberries are the best! I make this for dinner and eat the leftovers for breakfast in the morning.
