Ham and Asian Noodles

Ingredients

2 c Water

1 16-oz Package broccoli, carrots and water chestnuts, frozen

2 Pkgs Oriental flavor instant ramen noodles, with seasoning packets

1/4 t Ground ginger

1 Ham steak

2 t Green onions, thinly sliced

Preparation

In a large nonstick skillet, combine 2 cups water, frozen vegetables, noodles (broken into pieces), ginger and seasoning packets; bring to a boil. While coming to a boil, dice ham steak into bite-sized pieces. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 3 minutes, or until noodles are done, stirring occationally. Add ham to skillet and heat. Stir in green onions and serve.
