In a large nonstick skillet, combine 2 cups water, frozen vegetables, noodles (broken into pieces), ginger and seasoning packets; bring to a boil. While coming to a boil, dice ham steak into bite-sized pieces. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 3 minutes, or until noodles are done, stirring occationally. Add ham to skillet and heat. Stir in green onions and serve.
