Chicken & Vegetables with Creamy Mustard Sauce

Ingredients

1 can Cream of chicken soup with herbs (or add 1 tsp each tarragon, thyme and marjorum)

2 Leeks, thinly sliced

4 Whole chicken legs, skin removed

4 Meduim potatoes, cubed 1 1/2 in.

1 1/4 c. Baby carrots

2 tbsp. Each dill and sliced scallions

Preparation

1. Mix soup, mustard, dill and scallions in a 3 1/2 quart crock pot.

2. Stir in chicken and vegetables until coated.

3. Cook on low for 7 to 9 hours until vegatables are tender.

4. Dish out chicken and vegetables with a slotted soup, then ladel sauce over each serving.
