1. Layer sweet potatoes, parsnips, oinions, pork and apple in the 3 1/2 quart slow cooker.
2. Stir together flour, salt, pepper, sage and thyme in a small bowl. Add apple cider and stir until smooth. Pour over meat & vegetables.
3.Cook on low for 7 to 9 hours until vegetables are tender.
4. Serve with a multigrain or brown bread.
