Ingredients

Corn Light Bread

4 cups Self-rising meal

1 cup Self-rising flour

1 cup Sugar

3/4 cup Wesson oil

4 cups Buttermilk

1/4 teaspoon Baking soda (stir in buttermilk)

Preparation

Mix all above ingredients and pour into 2 loaf pans. Bake for 45 min. to 1 hour at 325*. Half to make 1 loaf.
