No-Fuss Breakfast Idea
2 Eggs
1 tbsp Skim Milk
1 tbsp Grated Cheese
2 tbsp Chopped Tomato
Combine ingredients (the night before if desired). Bake at 375 for 15 min or microwave for two minutes, stir, then microwave 1 min more. Let rest one minute covered before serving if microwaved.
