Good variation of a familiar favorite

Ingredients

2 lbs. Ground ham

1 lb. Gound beef or pork

1 c Oatmeal or bread crumbs

2 Eggs, beaten

1/4 c Onion, finley chopped

Glaze:

1 c Brown sugar

1/2 c Tomato juice

1 t Mustard

2 t Water

2 t Vinegar

Preparation

Mix ham, beef or pork, eggs, oatmeal or bread crumbs, and onion well and form into a loaf. Combine glaze ingredients and boil for 5 minutes. Baste occasionally as it bakes. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 3/4 hours. Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
